Our Story

From a Simple Idea
to a Movement

How a gap in the market for quick, convenient kale became a mission to change the way people fuel their bodies — and protect the planet.

Where It Started

A Gap in
the Market

The idea for OnlyKale sprouted when Charlie and Joe Narke both noticed the same glaring gap in the market: no one was making convenient, single-ingredient kale accessible to everyday people.

Frustrated by overcomplicated green powders packed with mystery ingredients, they set out together to build something radically simple — pure kale, nothing else. Their shared vision: make kale as effortless as a cup of coffee or a protein shake.

The result is a line of freeze-dried kale powder products that fit seamlessly into busy, active lifestyles — and it started with two entrepreneurs who refused to settle for complicated.

A Commitment to
Sustainability

Beyond our commitment to personal health, OnlyKale is deeply rooted in the principle of sustainability.

Kale is not just a superfood for people — it's also an environmentally friendly crop. As a hearty plant that requires less water and fewer resources to grow than other crops, kale aligns perfectly with our mission of supporting a sustainable food system.

Charlie, Joe, and the OnlyKale team have made it their mission to promote a healthy lifestyle that's equally beneficial to the planet.
